Every autumn, the Toques en Chablais event in Thonon-les-Bains celebrates the culinary arts and local produce. Star chefs, local producers and food enthusiasts come together to share authentic flavours, gourmet demonstrations and convivial moments in the heart of the Chablais region.

An unmissable gastronomic event on Lake Geneva

Every year, Toques en Chablais transforms Thonon-les-Bains into a veritable capital of gastronomy. For this 5thᵉ edition, the festival brings together the greatest culinary talents, from Michelin-starred chefs to young prodigies, alongside passionate producers. Set between Lake Geneva and the mountains, the event showcases authentic local produce and culinary creativity in a convivial atmosphere. The Belvédère and the Pôle culturel de la Visitation become the main stages for demonstrations, events and gourmet encounters. A unique setting for discovering, tasting and sharing culinary delights.

A unique and spectacular gastronomic experience

One of the highlights of this year’s event will undoubtedly be the appearance of Quentin Mauro, winner of Top Chef 2025. The young talent will be sharing his modern vision of cuisine in a unique experience: a gourmet meal served 50 metres up in the air, aboard the spectacular Dinner in the Sky®. A combination of thrills and culinary delights, this suspended moment promises to leave a lasting impression and offer an extraordinary culinary experience, with the exceptional panorama of Lake Geneva and the Alps as a backdrop. A meeting of boldness, creativity and emotion.

Toques en Chablais offers culinary competitions where daring and creativity are the order of the day. The public can also enjoy themed dinners prepared by renowned chefs, showcasing local produce. It’s a tasty experience right at the heart of the festival.
