Located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park, the Val de Tamié Nordic ski area is a magical winter wonderland of snow-covered forests and peaceful valleys. At an altitude of 900 metres, it offers 27 km of groomed trails for both classic and skating cross-country skiing. Far from the big resorts, it’s an ideal place for gentle skiing, surrounded by unspoilt nature and a unique panorama of Tamié Abbey. As well as Nordic skiing, the resort offers snowshoe outings and dog-sleigh rides, so you can experience the mountains in a whole new way.

Haute-Savoie Nordic has 25 Nordic areas and 26 cross-country ski centres, making cross-country skiing accessible to everyone, from beginners to experienced skiers. With over 800km of marked trails, both skating and classic, Haute-Savoie is an ideal playground for cross-country skiing, as well as snowshoeing, biathlon and dog-sledding.

Events such as the Haute-Savoie Nordic Challenge and the night-time rounds of the trails provide a friendly atmosphere throughout the season.
