Morzine NORDIQUE

In winter, Morzine is an ideal destination for Nordic skiing enthusiasts, with more than 60 kilometres of pistes spread over a number of different areas. The Vallée de la Manche, at an altitude of between 1100 and 1400 metres, is particularly popular with cross-country skiers. With no ski lifts, this area offers an exceptional natural setting for learning or perfecting classic skiing, skating or biathlon, a discipline that combines cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. The trails wind peacefully along the Dranse river, in a setting where nature remains unspoilt and soothing.
