Mythical autumn tours

Visit the gentle golden landscapes

Autumn in Haute-Savoie is an invitation to a unique immersion in the heart of an area steeped in history, where cultural richness is revealed in a thousand nuances. Here, every step tells the story of an era, a tradition, a local pride, between flamboyant landscapes and villages of timeless charm.

The Plateau des Glières Living memory

Perched at an altitude of 1440 metres, in the heart of the Bornes massif, between the Auges and Frêtes mountains, the Plateau des Glières reveals a striking landscape. After the twists and turns of the mountain roads, visitors reach a vast area of high meadows, coniferous forests and limestone ridges. A haven of peace, unspoilt and silent, seemingly suspended between heaven and earth.

The Palais Lumière Heritage jewel and cultural heart of Evian

Built in 1902 by the architect Ernest Brunnarius, the Palais Lumière is one of the architectural and historical jewels of Évian-les-Bains. Initially designed as a spa, it is the perfect embodiment of the elegance and grandeur of the spa towns of the early 20th century. With its imposing dimensions – 68 metres long and 25 metres wide – and its majestic dome standing over 30 metres high on a square base, the building stands out as an emblematic monument on the shores of Lake Geneva.
