Renew your body, mind and creativity during a morning of relaxation and intuitive creativity led by Philippa Langrish. The program includes yoga and creativity on the shores of Lake Geneva, followed by brunch at Café Enchanté.
Each Sunday will feature a different workshop theme and techniques.
These mornings are bilingual (French and English).

- The morning begins with a leisurely stroll to La Châtaignière, where you'll be welcomed with a hot drink.
- 45-minute restorative yoga session
- Creative workshop: an opportunity to plunge into the heart of your creativity for a moment of serenity and reflection.
