The apartment comprises: a kitchen (sink, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, cupboards with crockery, table and chairs) a dining room (table, chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV), a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, armchair, bedside tables and lamps) a bathroom (bath, shower and sink, washing machine) a toilet (separate with sink). It is all very clean. Sheets are provided (one set per week for longer stays). You can enjoy the wonderful view, you can see Annecy (12km) from the various windows. The site is quiet but not isolated (1500m from the lake, 2km from shops) and very sunny (7:00am to 8:30pm) The outside area is large and private, with table, chairs and parasol.
