100m² gîte in an old farm, adjoining the owners' accommodation and close to a second accommodation.
On the ground floor: entrance hall with staircase leading upstairs, bathroom (bath, double sink, washing machine), independent kitchen (dining table, return with stools, terrace access).
Upstairs: living room including a corner sofa, a second sofa and additional armchairs/seats, coffee table, TV on furniture, small school desk. Bedroom 1 partly attic with 160x200cm bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (shower, basin, WC). Bedroom 2 with 140x190cm bed, bench seat, wardrobe. Access to bedroom 3 via bedroom 2: 90x190cm bed and 2 90x190cm pull-out beds, armchair, children's games.
Wifi access. Sheets provided, beds made. Household linen and bathroom linen provided. End of stay cleaning included.
Charging socket for electric vehicle available with supplement to be calculated with the owner.
Independent access and private terrace. Parking in front of the gîte in the common courtyard. Unlocked cellar available for bikes or skis. Noisy parties prohibited.
