From June to September, discover the Alpage de l’Airon farm-inn: homemade cheeses and cured meats, with on-site production from 10 a.m. An authentic experience in the heart of the alpine pasture, close to the animals.
From June to September, cows and pigs graze in the alpine pasture. The Alpage de l’Airon farm-inn welcomes you to discover its fresh products: tomme, raclette, reblochon, faisselle, fresh cow’s milk yogurts with spices, and cured meats. The cheese is made and aged on site. You can also watch the cheese-making process from 10 a.m. by contacting Inès at +33 6 59 77 24 78.
