Charming villa with a garden planted with trees, a few steps away from the sandy beach of Excenevex. Sans Soucis welcomes you in cosy and comfortable rooms with panoramic view on the lake, mountains or fields.

Close to the bakery, the grocery shop and the Pré Cottin with the children's playground in an idyllic setting facing the lake. Its dominant location seems to have taken on the spirit of the village under the 100 melodies of the 24 church bells.
The three floors of the house with the car park and the large garden with trees and fences on the lake side are entirely at the disposal of travellers.

The grocery shop is open every day until 8pm in the winter and until 9pm in the summer with take-away or in-house pizzeria service, roast chickens and excellent fresh produce.
