On the 1st floor: semi-open fitted kitchen on the living room / lounge area (dining area, sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, private bathroom with shower), separate toilet.
On the 2nd: mezzanine with games, bedrooms 2 (2 beds 80x200cm twin on request in bed 160cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 80x200cm twin on request in bed 160cm), separate bathroom (shower, toilet).
On the ground floor of the chalet (access from the outside): laundry room / ski room giving access to a wellness area with shower and sauna.
Sheets are included (beds made), as well as bathrobes and towels. Wifi internet.
Balcony/terrace on the 1st floor (2m x 15m) with furniture: garden furniture, armchairs, parasol. The chalet is surrounded by a large private plot of land.
Electric underfloor heating on the 1st floor (radiators on the 2nd).
Parking in the courtyard, or in the shelter chalet (2 parking spaces, barbecue, bike rack).
For horse owners, water point, tethering point and parking offered by the owners, parking in the courtyard. All shops in Taninges 3.5km.
Skiing in winter: Morillon gondola lift 6.5km away (10 minutes by car). The Morillon resort is part of the Grand-Massif ski area (connected resorts: Samoëns, Flaine and Les Carroz).
