36m² gite on one level on the ground floor of a chalet with owner's accommodation upstairs. Independent entrance. Quiet area on the heights of La Clusaz
Integrated kitchen open to the living room (dining table, television with DVD player, pull-out sofa 2x80cm), access to the garden. Bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm). Shower room, washing machine, separate wc.
Sheets for hire. Small chalet next to the cottage for storing suitcases, skis, bikes ... Private parking next to the cottage.
Coinrrasse and garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, blind, plancha. Very nice view of the mountains, the village and the ski slopes in winter.
La Clusaz center 2.5km away (shops, services, activities, summer / winter pool, restaurants ...). La Clusaz ski area, Bossonet lifts (+ ESF course) 2.5km or La Balme gondola (3km), shuttle stop 100m from the cottage. Les Confins (cross-country skiing, fishing) 3km away. Many hikes and walks nearby in the Massif des Aravis. Thones 14km, Lake Anecy, beaches 28km, Annecy 34km.
Winter: partnership with sports shops. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks (and 5% for 2 weeks).
