




This training, supervised by specialist doctors, enables you to understand the pathologies associated with cold, altitude and travel, recognize the symptoms in the field and learn how to deal with all medical emergencies.
This training course, combining lectures and practical workshops, is open to all, mountain professionals and amateurs alike, with no pre-requisites.
On the program: effective first-aid and evacuation techniques in the field, preparation, organization and use of a first-aid kit, description of cold, altitude and travel-related pathologies, practical workshops (splints - immobilization - injections - sutures - caisson) and much more.
It also qualifies participants to become "Correspondant Médical de l'Ifremmont" (Ifremmont Medical Correspondent), giving them 5 years' subscription to a remote medical teleconsulting service.
