In his search for new flavours, Jack Dupuich, a well-known restaurateur in Annemasse has already been cooking risottos in his restaurant 'Le Bérénice' for many years.
Jack had the idea of creating bistro-style risottos as a new type of takeaway meal. Forget sandwiches, pizzas and fatty burgers - the risottos of Jack and Sarah are created in the kitchens at Le Bérénice using fresh, seasonal produce which originates from France wherever possible.
