Stroll in the old village of Taninges and discover a whole built heritage (XVIth - XIXth century) around the marketplace : fountain, old houses, arches, chapel and old bridge above Foron.

Taninges, well situated between Annemasse & Sixt and Cluses & Thonon, knew for ages an intense business development. The village, formerly settled in the hamlet of Flérier, moved and got organized around the marketplace, it is unchanged since 1730.
