In the company of heritage guide Claire, discover the secrets and history of bread-making in traditional bread ovens. In Cordon, this know-how has been passed down for centuries, and is honored every year with the Bread Day. You'll have the opportunity to watch the bread being loaded into the oven, and to taste it hot out of the oven.
Meet in front of the bread oven in the village center from 9:30 am.
