Treat yourself to an unforgettable experience with the Apér-Haut, an aperitif suspended in the air in Samoëns, in the heart of the Giffre Valley and the Grand Massif. Comfortably seated in one of the cabins of the Vercland lift, you'll enjoy a delicious gourmet platter for around 50 minutes, while admiring a breathtaking view of the Criou mountain, symbol of the village.
The Vercland departure point dominates the charming hamlet and offers an exceptional panorama, particularly magical at sunset. After a day of skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing, let yourself be tempted by this relaxing and cosy experience, accessible to all.
A gourmet and convivial experience
As soon as you arrive at 6:50 p.m., the Grand Massif team gives you a warm welcome and settles you into your private cabin. Cosy plaids await you to make this moment even more comfortable.
On the menu: a large wooden platter to share, garnished with cheeses from Savoie and beyond (Comté, Brie de Meaux, Cheddar), fine charcuterie (hazelnut sausage, cured ham, smoked salmon), crunchy vegetables, fresh fruit, salted almonds, breadsticks, olives, grapes, hummus and fig compote.
To accompany this tasting experience, enjoy a glass of wine, fruit juice or chilled water - the wine being chosen in advance from a selection on offer.
