Team Challenge: Develop the concentration, creativity and efficiency of your teams under pressure thanks to fun, strategic collective challenges that reinforce cohesion and shared success.

TEAM CHALLENGE

Our Team Challenge is a series of dynamic mini-challenges designed to test and reinforce teamwork, cohesion and adaptability. Teams are divided into small groups, which in turn are divided at opposite ends of the pitch.
To succeed, they'll need to strategize, communicate effectively and adapt quickly. A unique experience to stimulate collaboration and team spirit!

What your teams will learn

 Collective decision-making: ensuring team alignment and cohesion
 Strategic and creative problem-solving: meeting challenges under pressure
 Efficiency under pressure: staying focused and performing even when time is limited
 Collaboration and shared success: experience first-hand how teamwork leads to success

Challenge options (depending on time and location)

- Team skiing: move forward in perfect synchronization on giant skis
- Blind crossing: move across "islands" using two hoops
- Movable bridges: build footbridges with beams and crates
- The stretcher: carry a teammate through an obstacle course
- Tied team: cross a course with tied ankles
- Giant sack race: advance together inside a Big-Bag
- Team balance: change positions on a horizontal beam
- Catapult Challenge: build and test a life-size catapult

We've thought of everything to ensure a fun and memorable time in the great outdoors, while strengthening cohesion and team spirit.
