A pleasant, bright and pretty studio apartment with balcony, fully equipped, fully renovated in 2023, functional and optimised. Quiet studio with a beautiful 180° view over Linga and Chapelle d'Abondance.

Sleeping up to 5 people, this flat is less than 5 minutes from the village square, which can be reached by lift after a short walk from the residence. Numerous free shuttle buses are available. The accommodation comprises : - a fully-equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, crockery, etc.). - a comfortable living room with a 160/200 bed (new bedding). - a separate, cocooning sleeping area with a 140x190 wall bed weighing up to 170kg (new bedding, tumble dryer, TV, etc.) and a 80x200 single bed. - an entrance equipped with a ski boot dryer. - a bathroom (shower, washbasin) WC (washing machine) - a terrace with garden furniture for admiring the magnificent sunsets. You will also have access to - 1 private outdoor parking space. - Ski room and bike room. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided and that the house must be cleaned thoroughly on departure.
