Fully renovated in 2025, this modern and welcoming apartment offers the perfect setting for a comfortable stay in the heart of Les Carroz. Every detail has been carefully designed: contemporary décor, brand-new equipment, and an optimized layout ideal for couples, families, or travellers seeking convenience.

The bright and cosy living area includes a comfortable 140×190 rapido sofa-bed, a family dining table, a TV unit with DVD player (with children’s films available), and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi. A TV box compatible with Netflix and other streaming platforms is also available for use with your own login details.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home. It features induction hobs, a traditional oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. You will also find everything needed to enjoy Savoyard specialities, including a raclette set, fondue pot, crêpe maker, and a complete set of cookware.

The separate sleeping area includes a 90×190 bunk bed and a storage closet. The upper bunk is not suitable for children under six years old. The modern bathroom offers a shower, sink, heated towel rail and suspended toilet. The entrance hall includes a storage cupboard and coat rack.

A secure ski locker is available in the basement of the residence, with three sledges for your use. For comfort and cleanliness, skis and ski boots are not allowed inside the apartment. Parking is provided by a collective, barrier-secured parking area (non-private space).

For added convenience, the accommodation includes an extra-warm double duvet (220×240), two children’s duvets, eight pillows of various shapes and an indoor clothes airer.

Ideally located in the centre of Les Carroz, the apartment offers immediate access to shops, restaurants, services, bakeries, the pharmacy and the medical centre. Everything is within walking distance. About 200 metres away, a conveyor belt provides easy access to the gondola, and a free shuttle bus at the same distance will take you directly to the ski lifts.
