Our 42 m2 studio is quiet, sunny and comfortable. Panoramic view over Annecy and 120 km of mountains. Private terrace 35 m2. Access to the swimming pool. Comfortable Merinos bed 160 x 190, new kitchenette, crockery and appliances. Perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Fibre-optic Wifi. Private, gated car park. Cycle paths nearby. Bus stop 300 m from town centre, close to shops, 7 minutes from Annecy centre and the lake by car, 10 minutes' walk from Poisy centre. Plenty of storage space. Green spaces, flowers, hammock.

The accommodation
One main room + an adjoining private room with library and reading area + a food storage area, total: 42 sq. m. Panoramic view over Annecy and 120 kilometres of mountains from the north of Haute-Savoie to the south of Savoie. South-south-east facing, sunny. Enclosed private parking. Access to the swimming pool, not private, south-facing and quiet. Separate entrance.

Storage space for bikes, skis and luggage.

Breakfast with organic bread, butter, organic jams, mountain honey, fruit juice, coffee or tea, on request: €12.50 per person.
Independent traveller access possible via key box.
Plenty of storage space and library in addition to the studio between the main room and the bathroom.
Swimming pool access between 8am to6:30pm.
