Steam Spa Sauvage

Located at the foot of the mountain on the shores of Lac des Confins in La Clusaz. A place of contrast and transformation, a materialization of duality. Hot and cold, raw and soft, force and gentleness. Steam soothes and energizes, cleanses and realigns. It symbolizes the space of transition, of breathing. A gentle but real transformation. Steam is a moment of disconnection, relaxation and soothing. A unique experience to recharge and reconnect with your body. Each one-hour session is used on a personal basis, alternating the benefits of the sauna with those of the cold bath, with or without guidance from our Sauna Master. A detox and muscular relaxation that can be complemented by a deep, draining massage, seated on an ergonomic armchair for 20 to 45 minutes. Equipment required: A towel, a swimsuit and a change of clothes. We also recommend a bottle of water and warm clothes for afterwards. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the session. In the event of extreme weather, we can offer you an alternative or a postponement.
