Enjoy a pleasant stay in this bright 25 m² studio on the 1st floor of a quiet building, just a few steps from Lake Annecy and all amenities. It is fully equipped to accommodate two people.

The apartment comprises a living room with sofa bed, offering comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 people, a functional kitchenette area separated by a pass-through, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

The main room features a real dining area. The French window gives the apartment plenty of light and opens onto a small covered balcony. You can store your personal belongings in the hallway cupboard.

Free parking and a storeroom are available in the condominium.
