Our menu is based on high-quality ingredients. Everything is cooked on site using fresh produce, mainly organic and in season. The menu changes regularly.
The menu is complemented by tapas to share, as well as a dish of the day and an evening suggestion, accompanied by organic wines, some of them natural.
House cocktails and craft beer are available for aperitif and après-ski.
Many gluten-free and lactose-free options available.
Fresh juices and smoothies, made to order, are available around the clock. Complement with superfoods (guarana, spirulina, chlorella, maca, blueberry...) to combine nutrition, well-being and sport.
The coffee is roasted in Chamonix and served in barrista mode all day long.
