At the bottom of Mont-Blanc, community chalet of 40 people with 12 bedrooms and 1 mini-dormitory, 7 showers including 1 for PMR, 4 toilets and community kitchen to European standards, 1 games room, 1 TV lounge.

This Savoyard style, three floored chalet is situated in a plot of land that enjoys over 1000m² of communal green space, overlooking the Arve Valley down to Sallanches, and with view of Mont-Blanc.

The chalet itself includes a group kitchen, a TV room, a living room, a dining room which can welcome up to 42 people, communal bathrooms, a fireplace and a ski room.

Car park opposite to the chalet: for a bus or 14 cars.

This chalet can be privately rented out (for at least 15 people).

Available to rent for a minimum of 15 people.

Rates

Daily rate:
- low season (May, June, October, November): 21,50€/day/person
- medium season (January, March, April, September): 23,50€/day/person
- high season (February, July, August, December): 26€/day/person
Rental only for a week for Christmas and New Year (30 persons minimum, 29€/day/person)

All charges included except tourist tax.
