5-room 2-roomed apartment (bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom & toilets) ideally located at the foot of Le Môle for nature lovers and hikers. Apartment on the ground floor of our main residence.

The nearest highway (A40) is less than 15 minutes away. Several ski resorts are less than 30 minutes away (Praz-de-Lys, Sommand, les Brasses, etc.). Medium- and high-altitude resorts are also less than 45-60 minutes away (Le Grand Bornand, Morzine/Les Gets, La Clusaz etc.).

This apartment is on the ground floor of our main residence. It has independent access and a total surface area of 50m². A parking spot will be assigned during your stay.

The entrance is on the living room side, and there's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment.

The bedroom has a 140cm double bed. The sofa is convertible for up to 2 adults. Our guest room, on the same level and accessible from the apartment, is also available for rent. The bed is 160cm and the room is ~10m².

A dedicated Wifi extender covers the whole apartment, allowing you to work, play or watch movies.

We live upstairs (2 adults, no children, no pets) and a part of the garden will be reserved for you, and the upper part of the garden can be shared with pleasure (open view on several mountain ranges!).
