A timeless interlude to rediscover ancestral traditions in the company of the Lou Socali folklore group and the farmers of La Clusaz. Reblochon making demonstrations, traditional dances and a Savoyard meal are all on the programme!
After a typical mountain meal, admire the folk dancing by the troupe dressed in the clothes of yesteryear.

* Demonstration of making tavaillons and presentation of old wood crafts.
From 7 p.m. (Festival Room)
* Demonstration of making farm reblochon with the Farmers of La Clusaz
* Folk dance show with the Lou Socali group
* Savoyard meals (18€ adults, 10€ children up to 9 years-old)
Unique meal: kir, "tomme blanche"-cheese, green salad, potatoes, diot (local pork sausage), Reblochon-cheese, apple pie, bread, coffee.
