Since 27 April 2024, vacuum cleaners, toasters, blenders, coffee machines, lamps, fryers, irons, etc. have been successfully passed into the hands of volunteers. As for the seam: hemlines, buttonholes, zippers, various and varied hooks, were quickly repaired.
The Repair Café creates social, intergenerational ties by promoting social diversity through exchanges of good practices. This will help visitors to become aware of the negative environmental impact of electrical appliances and clothing that is thrown away too quickly. Interview advice is also provided.
Caution, devices under warranty are not supported.
The Repair café de Combloux is open on the last Saturday of each month from 9:00 to 12:00, at the Maison des Associations, Salle des Aravis.
You can also come to Megève, where the Repair café is open on the first Saturday of the month from 9am to 12pm at the Salle de la Molletaz (front retirement home).
