Gîte (95m2) on 2nd level: living room/fitted kitchen (panoramic view), 3 bedrooms - 1 with washbasin - (beds: 2 double, 2 single), low mezzanine (2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 2 WC's. Central heating. For hire: towels et household linen. Large balcony/terrace, shared utility room et garden. Double garage. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Ski area linked to Bellecombe et Flumet. Megève centre 4km (swimming pool, ice-rink, summer sledge run, paragliding), lake at Flumet 4km. Gîte situated alongside owners' farm. One pet only allowed.
