Central heating. For hire: towels et household linen. Large balcony/terrace, shared utility room et garden. Double garage. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Ski area linked to Bellecombe et Flumet. Megève centre 4km (swimming pool, ice-rink, summer sledge run, paragliding), lake at Flumet 4km. Gîte situated alongside owners' farm. One pet only allowed.
