Located at the Col de la Croix Fry, at an altitude of 1477m, large house including 4 labeled apartments as well as the owners' accommodation and Veyrat Sports store (bike / ski rental). Common entrance for the 4 apartments. Gite of 60m² on the 2nd floor from the private parking at the back of the house. Entrance hall, kitchen area, dining / living room (rapido-type sofa bed for sleeping 2 people / 160cm, television, balcony access). 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony access, bathroom / wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony access), 2nd bathroom, separate wc. For additional comfort, a 3rd independent attic bedroom (with bathroom / wc) located upstairs can be made available at an additional cost (maximum capacity 6 people) Balcony with garden furniture, deckchairs. Bed linen and towels provided. Internet access by wifi. Laundry room with a washing machine + dryer and shared ski room for the 4 lodgings. Private car park. Our place at the Col de La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to the La Clusaz area. ESF at 50m. Restaurants at Col de la Croix Fry.
