In quiet location (with panoramic view) near the ski slopes at Sixt, between the old village (classified as one of 'Les Plus Beaux Villages de France') et the Cascade du Rouget (waterfall), wooden chalet comprising 3 gîtes. 2-level gîte (110m2) on upper ground floor. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto large living room (wood stove, TV), bedroom 1 (queen-sized bed), shower room, wc. 1st floor: bedroom 2 : 1 queen-sized bed (possibility 2 beds 80cm) + 1 single bed, bedroom 3 (queen-sized bed, en suite shower room), bedroom 4 (2 single beds), shower room, wc. Wooden decking (garden furniture, barbecue), shared utility room (washing m/c). Samoëns via shuttle. Le Fer à Cheval (precipice classified as 'Grand Site National') nearby. Snow equipment essential in winter. For hire: bed linen.
