Privileged location 'ski in' in winter for this warm cottage furnished in a beautiful chalet spirit, and ideally located between Megève and Combloux.
South terrace not overlooked, land, garage, open view.
Hiking trails 100m from the cottage.

70m2 gîte converted into a duplex in a private wing of a luxury chalet located on the slopes of the Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area.
In winter: departure of ski lessons and gondola 2 minutes away on foot (or 30 seconds on skis!).
The gîte has its own independent entrance. The chalet which also includes the owners' accommodation.
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge (sofa, TV), separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom (bath, toilet).
Towels and sheets are provided (beds made on arrival). Wifi internet. Underfloor heating on the ground floor.
Balcony on the 1st, South terrace on the ground floor with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Land around the chalet.
Private garage for one vehicle + covered parking in front of the entrance to the gîte.
Possibility to charge an electric vehicle at an additional cost on a domestic socket.
As an extension of the garage: private laundry room with washing machine, dryer, boot dryer.

Skiing on site in winter: The ESF de la Princesse offers all levels of ski lessons, from beginner to the most experienced (not forgetting the little ones with the Piou-Piou park).
Supermarket 1.5km from the gîte. Hiking trails 100m away all year round
Megève centre 3km away (5 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, casino, and Palais des Sports: swimming pool, ice rink, wellness area...
Summer swimming facing Mont Blanc at the biotope lake of Combloux 3km away.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 12km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km away.
Annecy, Geneva and Lake Geneva approximately 1 hour away.
