Spacious villa, bright, comfortable, residential neighbourhood. Lake, old town, station within walking distance. Private parking lot. Non-smoking. Table d'hôtes (communal dining for guests). Fluent English spoken.

Our rooms have private bathrooms and toilets. The double bedroom with terrace is on the 1st floor and the family suite on the second.
This villa is located in the center of Annecy. The lake, old town and train station are within walking distance, and buses 2 and 4 are 100 m away.
We offer breakfasts with our homemade jams. Table d'hôtes is available in the evening by prior arrangement.
The kitchen and all its equipment can be made available on request.
You can use our garden and private enclosed parking for cars and motorcycles, and we can provide bicycles.

We apply a sliding scale of charges for stays of 7 days or more.
For greater convenience, we give priority to booking requests for stays of at least 3 or 4 days, and no longer consider requests for overnight stays.

We welcome you from May to the end of September, as well as during school vacations and local events. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. We like to share our knowledge of Annecy with our guests, in French of course, but also in English and a little German.
