Our family home is spacious, bright and comfortable, with air-conditioned bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms and WCs. The double bedroom with terrace is on the 1st floor and the family suite is on the second floor.
This villa is located in the centre of Annecy. The lake, old town and station are all within walking distance, and buses 2, 9, 10 and 4 are 100 m away.
We offer breakfasts with our homemade jams. Table d'hôtes is available in the evenings on reservation (subject to sanitary conditions) and the kitchen can be made available on request.
You can use our garden and private enclosed car park (cars, motorbikes), and we can provide bicycles.
We apply a sliding scale of charges for stays of 7 days or more, and, for greater conviviality, we give priority to booking requests for stays of 3 or 4 days at least, and will no longer consider requests for stays of one night only, except in exceptional circumstances.
