Near Evian, on large site bordering a forest, 5 self-contained chalets (incl. the owners'). Gîte (40m2 + 10m2 in attic). Ground floor: living room (single sofabed) + kitchen area (microwave), shower room, WC. 1st floor: mezzanine (2 single beds), bedroom (double bed).
