Appartement (41m2) on the garden level of a chalet-type house also including owner's accommodation upstairs. Warm, chalet-style atmosphere and interior decoration. The cottage has its own access, and its own independent entrance: integrated kitchen area open to living room (TV, convertible bench, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds 80x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower), separate wc. Possibility to completely close the sleeping area from the rest of the living room (sliding half-arches). Wifi access. Ski room (small mazot). Private garden with forest table, parasol, deckchair and barbecue. Private parking in the courtyard. Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). 100 meters from the gîte: Mont-d'Arbois cable car (Megeve/Saint-Gervais ski area), shops and golf course (driving range, 18-hole course). In summer and winter, free shuttle to the center at 100m away. Megeve center: 3km by car or 1/4 hour on foot via the path, starting from a pedestrian path on site in winter to reach 'La Côte 2000'. Chamonix Mont-Blanc at 35Km. Many hikes nearby in summer.
