60m2 gîte on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse, also including 2 other gites, and owners' accommodation (upstairs).

Internet wifi. Possibility to rent sheets. Private garden area with furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Private ski locker. Shared: indoor hammam and outdoor sauna offering a beautiful view of the valley and the Mont-Blanc massif.
Sallanches town center 3km away. Skiing in Combloux or Megève at 4.5km. In summer, Combloux biotope lake (swimming, spa) 2.5km away. St-Gervais thermal baths 10km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 40 minutes by car.
