Bright and comfortable gite in an old renovated country farmhouse 12km from the shores of Lake Annecy.
Quiet environment, very beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
Hikes in the immediate vicinity of the gîte in summer (Parmelan).

Gîte of 63m2 on one level in an old farmhouse completely restored, including 2 other gîtes (upstairs), and the owners' accommodation with their own independent access.
Common entrance with the 2 other gites: entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), bathroom (shower), wc independent. Floor heating. Small south terrace with garden furniture, west balcony, common ground. Sheets are provided (beds made on arrival). Shared parking 20m from the house (access by steps).
Common cellar (storage for skis and bicycles). Lake Annecy, beaches, cycle path 12km, old town of Annecy 14km. Hikes in Parmelan (nearby), or on the Glières site 19km away.
Shops at 2.5km (village centre). Aravis ski areas at 30km (35 minutes): La Clusaz / Le Grand Bornand. Geneva and airport 40 minutes. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
