Classes by Ana Maria De la Fuente Amarante, professional pastry chef. A specific calendar of themes is proposed, with the possibility of welcoming groups on other dates, and for themes on request. February 2026 Feb 4 & 5 - PAVLOVA Feb 11 - ST HONORÉ Feb 12 - CHOUX Feb 16 - ENTREMETS Feb 18 - LEMON PIE Feb 25 - ENTREMETS March March 25 - PAVLOVA RHUBARBE & STRAWBERRY Create your group (4 to 7 pax) Contact me to choose your theme and date Ana welcomes you over coffee/tea to introduce the subject and its history, if any. Demonstration of techniques and participation in certain parts of the process: poaching, layering, darkening, etc. Assemble and decorate a pastry for around 3 people, made by each participant. Each participant leaves with his or her creation in a cardboard box. Specializing in gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan products.
