A committed musical comedy combining humor, emotion and original songs. Performed by women touched by cancer, "Les Hoptimistes" celebrates resilience and life, and raises awareness of screening in a powerful moment of sharing.
"Elles étaient une fois... Les Hoptimistes" is a musical comedy created by the HOPE association, run by women affected by cancer.
Through original songs, personal accounts and scenes combining humor and emotion, the show tells the story of a life marked by illness, but above all by resilience, solidarity and the will to live.
This artistic and human project, written by Annabel Brouhant, directed by Guila Braoudé and composed by Mélanie Bajot, gives a voice to non-professional women engaged in art therapy.
The show (1h15) offers a truly emotional experience, accessible to all, and aims to change the way we look at illness, while conveying a message of hope.
At the same time, we can work with health professionals to raise awareness of the need for screening, and organize a discussion with the audience after the show.
