In the privileged area of Annecy-le-Vieux, 5km from the city centre of Annecy and the Lake with its beautiful beaches, apartment furnished in a villa: parking on site, terrace-balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

This 61 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the owners' beautiful house (they live on the ground floor), in a prime location in the hills above Annecy (residential area of Annecy-le-Vieux).

There is a shared entrance hall, followed by the apartment's private entrance on the first floor.

- A lovely living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: sofa, television, DVD player, dining table, etc., with access to the balcony/terrace.

- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160x200cm), desk, open-plan shower room with washbasin and shower.

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined to create a double bed upon request.

- Bathroom: washbasin, bathtub, washing machine.

- Separate WC.

Balcony/terrace with lounge furniture and sun loungers. Shared garden, barbecue. Private parking in the courtyard. Electric car charging is available via a standard household outlet (additional charge applies - charging time to be arranged with the owners, who also own an electric car). Bicycles and skis can be stored in the owners' garage.

Sheets, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.

Annecy town center with its old town is 5 km away. Lake Annecy and the first beaches (Impérial) are 5 km away. The train station is 6.5 km away. Supermarkets and shops are 3 km away. A bus stop 2 km away provides access to all the shops in Annecy-le-Vieux, the lake, and Annecy town center.
Skiing: Aravis resorts (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Manigod) are 30 km away, and Semnoz (a family-friendly resort) is 22 km away. Beautiful walks are available near the property.
