Regain energy this winter with a Nordic walking/wellness outing in les Sources du lac d'Annecy. On your schedule: movements, breathing and mindful walking to boost your tonus during the holidays while enjoying the view of the Christmas lights.
This outing offers an invigorating Nordic walking session - about 1h30 - to get your body moving, combined with 45 minutes dedicated to relaxation with mindful walking and breathing exercises. The perfect balance between movement and peacefulness, accessible to all.
We will conclude the outing with a friendly moment tasting a detox herbal tea by La Boîte à Mélisse.
Nordic walking is a very complete sport, both efficient and soft, based on the use of poles to propel yourself forward, putting 90% of your body muscles to work.
This healthy discipline can be practiced anywhere, all year round. With a simple technique quickly acquired, you will feel the pleasure of practice in no time!
Evey session is made of warm-ups, practice, learning, pleasure, games, small exercises and stretching at the end.
Madeleine Poradowski from the Albertville Guides Office will lead you for the Nordic walking part of the session, followed with Marion Boucher, yoga instructor, for the relaxation exercises. The session is in French.
This outing takes place outdoors and requires no specific equipment. It is accessible to all generally healthy persons, in the absence of any medical objection.
Outfit and accessories required:
• Sports outfit
• Trail running type sports shoes
• Small backpack leaving your shoulders unhindered
• Small water bottle
• Snack
• Sunglasses
• Raincoat in case of rain
• Thin gloves, woolly hat for the winter outings
• Additional sweater or long-sleeved top.
Pets are not allowed during this outing.
