Opposite Les Aravis (mountain range), old (1770) entirely renovated chalet (101m2). 1st floor (same level access possible): kitchen, living room/dining room (2x80cm stowaway beds), LCD TV, bedroom 1 (queen-sized bed), bedroom 2 (3 single beds), bathroom (bath, shower), WC. Terrace, garden, balcony (panoramic view), garden furniture, garage. Village 3km, start of ski lifts (shuttle 1.5km). Cross-country skiing in the Vallée du Bouchet 3km. Many hiking tracks, snow-shoeing. Golf course (summer) 3km. Farm nearby. Access via 100m track suitable for cars. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. For hire : bed linen.

Facing the Aravis mountain range, an old chalet from 1770, completely renovated of 177 m². 1st floor (level access possible): fitted kitchen with island and open to living / dining room. Large table for 10 people, relaxation area with 2 sofas and armchairs, wall-mounted TV, fireplace. Games room with sofa bed and table football; and TV room with large wall screen.
