La Ferme Noires des Cimes is an organic farm located in the heart of the Mont-Caly mountain pastures
La Ferme Noire des Cimes is both a farm and a gastronomic project with its own food truck. Located in the Mont-Caly mountain pastures, La Ferme Noire des Cimes is a family farm that has evolved over the years while remaining true to its values of respect for nature, sustainability and quality.
Part of the production is processed on site, including natural sourdough bread, made with local, artisan grains. All of the harvested or processed products are then promoted and shared with the public via the ‘Du Champ à l'Assiette’ (From Field to Plate) farm food truck, a mobile kitchen offering gourmet, convivial dishes made directly from the farm's produce.
This project is led by Manon and Charles, a young couple of farmers who are passionate about agriculture, nature and sharing their expertise. They have chosen to develop an environmentally friendly agricultural model while offering an authentic, simple and gourmet experience to their visitors.
