All shops, activities, dining options on-site. TRAIN station 400 m, track cycling (edge of the Lake) and Lake 600 m, 1st beaches at 1.5 km. Ski: Semnoz 15km, La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand (Aravis) 32km.
