In the country of Mont-Blanc: charming 21m2 studio furnished in a beautiful chalet spirit facing the Mont-Blanc massif and the Aiguilles de Warens.
The cottage is located in a quiet area between Sallanches and Combloux, on the garden level of the owner's house.
Independent entrance, level from the terrace.
Integrated kitchen area open to living room (Tv, rapido-type convertible sofa offering a comfortable 140x190cm bed), bathroom (small bathtub, wc).
Sheets are included. Secure parking (courtyard in front of the chalet). Electric heating (on the ground).

Sallanches at 3km. Combloux village center and biotope lake 2.5km away (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc, wellness area).
