Gîte (40m2) on 2nd floor of house also containing an apartment et owners' home. Kitchen (microwave), living room (single sofabed), 1 bedroom (beds: 1 double, 1 cot), bathroom, WC. Central heating. Balcony, shared courtyard. Washing m/c (Calor type) + spin-drier. Household linen supplied. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Ski resorts: La Clusaz, La Croix-Fry, Le Grand-Bornand 12km. Town centre 3min by foot (shops et organised activities). Bus station for buses to Annecy et ski resorts. Lac d'Annecy approx. 15km.
