Magnificent view of the Haut-Giffre valley and its peaks for this warm gîte facing due south, in a quiet and preserved area.
Samoëns village centre 3km away, skiing 4km away (Grand-Massif).
Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are included.

Incredible panoramic view of the entire valley and the surrounding mountains for this 40m2 cottage on the raised ground floor of an old renovated Savoyard farm.
Quiet area, southern exposure.
Independent entrance from the balcony: independent fitted kitchen (table and chairs, TV), bathroom with shower and toilet (passage through the toilet), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, TV), bedroom 2 (convertible sofa 140x190cm, TV).
The bedrooms and the kitchen give direct access to the south balcony (table and 2 chairs).
End of stay cleaning and sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Possibility to rent bathroom linen.
Private garden and terrace located on the lower level of the cottage (with garden furniture, bench).
Ski and bike storage room on the terrace level (closed room).
Parking behind the cottage along the road, or in a car park located 80m away.
The cottage is adjoining an owner's accommodation (which has its own access).

Possibility of reaching the Joux-plane pass from the cottage (cycling, hiking).
