Gîte (63m2) on the raised ground floor of an old renovated farmhouse also including another gîte located at the front of the house. Independent entrance from the terrace, then by 6 external steps: integrated kitchen/dining area, independent living room (TV, sofa/trundle bed offering up to 2 extra beds 90x190cm), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140X190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Parking on site (in front of the terrace). Private terrace (North) with table and chairs, barbecue, parasol, and deckchairs. Sheets are included. Possibility to rent towels. Shops at 500m (supermarket). Thermes de Saint-Gervais (Le Fayet) 2km away. For skiing: Bettex cable car in Saint-Gervais 5km away (Saint-Gervais / Megeve ski area), Combloux 10km, Plaine-Joux ski family resort 13km away. Passy leisure center 4km away: summer swimming, karting, tree climbing ... Megeve 13km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 21km (20 minutes by car). Our hikes to practice in all seasons (Chamonix valley, Plaine-Joux plateau, Mayères, Doran valley ...).
