33m2 apartment on the ground floor of a chalet-type house located near the center of Combloux and the biotope lake.
The chalet also includes accommodation rented for the year upstairs (each has its own access).
Independent entrance from the courtyard: kitchen area integrated into the living room (bench, TV, dining area), separate toilet, bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), giving access to a bathroom (walk-in shower).
Towels and sheets are included (bed made on arrival). Private parking next to the cottage. Ski locker.
Sheltered terrace area at the entrance of the gîte with table, chairs and deckchairs. A second terrace area is also at your disposal in front of the gîte, and facing Mont-Blanc: forest table, parasol, barbecue.
Animal accepted on the condition of not letting it wander among the neighbors.
Combloux village center at 600m (1.5km by car). Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 3km away (Princess gondola lift), Combloux ski area 4km away.
