Detached luxury chalet fitted out a few minutes from the Vallorcine gondola.
4 large bedrooms, wood stove, terrace, and large garage.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 20 minutes by car.
Shuttle stop on site. Station 800m (Chamonix connection).

Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains (Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve).
On the ground floor: entrance hall with storage, fitted kitchen open to living room (TV, sofa, internet box, wood stove), separate wc.
Upstairs: mezzanine/TV area with sofa, bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed, private bathroom with shower and wc), bedrooms 2 and 3 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 4 (1 160x200cm bed), bathroom independent water with shower and wc. All rooms have access to a balcony. Wi-Fi Internet.

Large garage/laundry room: 1 place for a vehicle, laundry area (washing machine, dryer, bin, freezer).
This space makes it easy to store all your equipment: skis, bikes, etc.

Everything is included: sheets (beds made), towels and end of stay cleaning.
'Les Biolles' shuttle stop on site (Chamonix bus). Buet station at 800m and Vallorcine station at 1.5 km (link to Chamonix).
The chalet is located along the road (D 1506). Given its location, access is very easy in winter.
Village center of Vallorcine, local shops and Tourist Office 1.5km away. Vallorcine-Balme-Le Tour ski area in the village center at 1.5km (gondola), La Poya ski lift at 800m. Nordic skiing on site in winter.
Swiss border at 3.5km, town of Martigny (Switzerland) at 29km.
Center of Chamonix 20 minutes by car (14km). Argentière hamlet and Grands Montets gondola at 7km.
Many hikes to practice in the area and in the Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve.
Recharge for electric car 800m in the Buet station car park.
