Independent entrance: living room with kitchen area open to the living room (TV, bench seat, table and chairs), bathroom (bathtub, 3kg washing machine), independent sleeping area that can be completely closed (1 bed 140x190cm), 2 bunk beds 70x190cm in the hallway, separate toilet.
Private terrace area with table and chairs, open to the park of the residence.
Towels and sheets are included (beds made on arrival). End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Secure underground parking with private space, private ski/bike storage room.
Access to the parking lot is reserved for vehicles under 1.90 meters. Combloux village centre 500m away: shops, restaurants, shuttle, and biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont Blanc, wellness area).
Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 2km away (Princess gondola), Combloux ski area 3km away (Cruy Cuchet car park).
